This is easily one of my favorite trails for a day trip. This trail starts from Greenwater Road just off of Hwy 410 south of Enumclaw to I90 at Kachess Lake Road. Beautiful views of Mt. Rainier make this trail one for those sunny days.
I usually leave at least 3 hours for this trip as it’s about 40 miles and there are plenty of opportunities for pictures and of course a stop for lunch at the many camp sites dotted along the trail.
